Michael G. Kelly

 

mikelinkedin11-27-13Michael Kelly practices in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate Law. Michael graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School, Detroit, MI in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude in 1985 from National University, San Diego, CA. Michael has practiced as in-house counsel for a medium-size computer software company until it was sold in 1997. Michael has a legal practice, assisted by an adult care advisor.  He focuses on elder issues such as long term care planning (Alzheimer/dementia/ALTCS planning), elder mediation to help deal with family conflict issues, and assisting families with probate matters.

Michael is married to Mary and they have three grown children (Elizabeth – a managed care pharmacist at Blue Cross- Blue Shield of Michigan, Michael Jr. -a buyer at Nordson, San Diego, and Richard- a U.S. Naval submariner).

Michael is a member of the Arizona State Bar and Michigan State Bar. He is a member of the Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning, Probate and Trust Law, and Real Property Law Sections. Michael is a certified civil and domestic mediator. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
